Course rates include taxes. Once information and payment have been received, I will send a receipt with confirmation and course details.

Please Register ASAP to avoid course cancellation. Minimum numbers are needed to ensure the course is able to run. If the course is cancelled, payment can be used towards a future course or a refund will be issued.

Cancellation policy is 7 business days prior to course start date for individuals and 14 business days for group bookings.
A course no show or late cancellation is the full days rate. If you wish to postpone or cancel registration, it is 7 days prior to course start date.

If you are supplying the venue, it must be appropriate for the number of candidates with sufficient space, ventilation and facilities. I am doing my best to help out other small businesses. I prefer a minimum of 8 to a max of 18 candidates. Please message to inquire :)
My home base is in Nelson, however, I do travel to train within the West Kootenay area including Trail, Rossland, Fruitvale, Castlegar, Salmo, Kaslo and the Slocan Valley. I am also potentially able to do Kelowna and Kamloops with appropriate venue and accommodations' provided.
